What do we offer?
Here at Northwest ADHD Assessment Centre we provide a professional comprehensive ADHD assessment & ongoing health care packages for young people aged between 6 - 18 years old.
Not sure if your child has ADHD or if a full assessment is needed? We have the answer to this. Our service offers a screening service which will provide assistance on what you should do next. We don't expect you to pay for a full assessment if we don't feel it is required. We offer an initial telephone conversation with our ADHD Nurse Specialist at a time that suits you! The phone call will triage the referral form and provide professional, honest advice on what's best to do next.

Ongoing Medical Appointments & Reviews

ADHD assessment completed in 3 simple steps:
Step 1 - Developemental History (carried out via telephone call or zoom so no need to travel) (1 hour appointment - parent only)
Step 2 - Face to face appointment with ADHD Nurse Specialist - child attends clinic with the support of you. Our experts will be happy to answer any questions you may have during this appointment. (1.5 hour session full of fun activities)
Step 3 - Clinical feedback and recommendations (virtual appointment via zoom)
You will receive a short diagnostic report which will outline the initial outcome. We will forward completed electronic reports and we will provide a range of resources and information in relation to ADHD if appropriate. You will also receive information about after care interventions we provide should you wish to avail of further supports.
(A full detailed medical report will be sent to those who receives a diagnosis)
(Private face to face appointment with consultant)
Initial medication consultation - you will receive clinical information about available medication, benefits of medication, child observations completed on the day and free one month trial of medication
Regular follow up appointments (£200)
1:1 appointment with consultant to discuss progress (prescription provided if required)
Repeat prescriptions on request (£50)
